I wanted to write to you in appreciation of all the excellent work you completed recently at Leatherhead Golf Club.

Together we have built nine new holes at Wisley in the major re-furbishment of the Garden nine and now we have completed nine new teeing grounds along with a few bunkers and shaping at Leatherhead.

In both of these projects your work has been of the highest quality with an eye for detail and the lie of the land that surpasses any architectural drawing. You have a natural feel for slope contour and the finished project that must be unrivalled in the UK.

Your work ethic is superb and had the additional benefit in both projects of showing others what application, drive and motivation can mean on complex projects.

It has been a pleasure working with you and I look forward to renewing our acquaintance next year in LGC Project 2. There is no one with whom I would rather work and to whom I would give so much trust.
